How do the customized cards work?
It’s pretty simple; just pick the customized icon for the card you want, write out the message with the box provided, and and it’s on its way, without even licking an envelope.

When a customized card is added to your cart, text boxes will appear. Box #1-your message ( 1000 character max). Box #2- shipping address. Box #3- date to BEGIN shipping. Choose your date wisely so it gets there in time. For example, mark the date no later than 11/07/09 if you want your friend’s birthday card to arrive by 11/15/09.

Your address will be on the card too, as the return address. That way, your friend doesn’t throw it away, thinking it’s some weird new approach to credit card applications or crap like that.

Where can I see the shipping charges?
Add an item to the cart, and a link will appear to show you the shipping info. The number of cards purchased will be listed with its S&H costs. The more you buy, the bigger your shipping discount, so bulk up!

How do I pay?
PAYPAL. Just follow the instructions at checkout.

Sorry, customers in PA will have 6% sales tax added to their total at checkout.

How long will it take to get my cards?
I process your order asap, usually by the next business day.

Do you have Priority shipping?
I doubt many people will be interested in paying $5 to ship a card worth, well, $5. So, no, I don’t. If you have a need for faster shipping, you can email me at tudco@yahoo.com and we can work something out.

Do you use recycled materials?
I get my stuff from a paper mill that makes recycled paper products. Their whole place runs by wind power too, even the corporate office. Here I reuse and recycle everything I can.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. For now, I’m in the US only.

Returns, exchanges, and damaged items
All sales are final. No exchanges, no returns. If you receive damaged goods, let me know right away at tudco@yahoo.com. Once I respond to your email, send the items back. Goods damaged in shipping must be returned complete with original packaging to receive a refund. I’ll cover the shipping.
